When a child is struggling with anxiety, it's natural for parents to want to protect them from distress. Over time, though, well-intended accommodations can unintentionally keep anxiety going. I help parents learn how to respond with calm, steady support, while gradually reducing accommodations that no longer serve their child’s growth.
